Nicholas Aylward Vigors

Nicholas Aylward Vigors (1785-26 ottobre 1840) zoologo e politico irlandese.

Fondò nell’aprile 1826, con Sir Thomas Stamford Raffles e Sir Humphry Davy, la Zoological Society of London (ZSL), divenendone segretario.

Morì a Chester Terrace (Londra).
